How long is the first call?
20 minutes. You describe the problem; I tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
What does it cost?
Depends on the engagement. After the call I send a one-page plan with scope and cost — no surprises. I work as an advisor, not a fixed-price build shop or a fractional CTO.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Based in Berlin, working with teams and founders worldwide across time zones.
How soon can we start?
Usually within one to two weeks. I take a handful of engagements at a time.
