I advise teams on agentic AI and engineering strategy, help teams set up AI implementation sprints that actually pay off, coach engineering leaders 1:1, and speak on AI-assisted development. One operator, deep involvement — never a deck-and-disappear.
How does it start?
A 20-minute call. You describe the problem; I tell you honestly whether and how I can help, then send a one-page plan. No drawn-out sales cycle.
Where are you based?
Berlin, Germany. I work with engineering teams and founders remotely worldwide, across time zones.
